Terms of Use of the O-D Survey Results Property of the results rests entirely with the member agencies of the TRANS Committee, whether the results are formatted in tables, lists, graphic displays or text, whether in electronic or paper format. The user shall clearly attribute credit for any result used to the TRANS Committee as the source of information. The results are provided “as is”, given the inherent limitations in the collection of the supporting data and the possibility that errors may have occurred as part of the processing of the results, in spite of all reasonable care applied by the TRANS Committee. No warranty whatsoever is made, whether explicit or implicit, with regard to the results, including but not limited to, their accuracy, their quality or their suitability for the user’s purposes, interpretations or conclusions. In no event shall any of the member agencies of the TRANS Committee be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or other damages relating to the use of the results, however caused.
